Abula (soup)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Àbùlà is a dish that originated from Yoruba people from Yorubaland.[1] It includes amala (yam dish), ewedu (draw jute soup), gbegiri (bean soup) and obe ata (tomato stew)[2][3]
Abula is considered a delicacy because it is not a common meal. It takes considerable time and effort to make. This meal is eaten commonly among the Yoruba people of Ọ̀yọ́ and Ogbómòṣọ́[4]
