Achatinella concavospira is a species of air-breathing land snail, a terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusk in the family Achatinellidae. This species is endemic to Hawaii.

Achatinella concavospira is a species of small tree snail, they have banded shells in a variety of different colors, sharing mostly with their cousin, Achatinella mustelina. [4] Achatinella concavospira feeds on fungus and plant matter, and are mostly nocturnal.[5]

Distribution and habitat

Achatinella concavospira is endemic to Oahu. It can be found on the West Side of Oahu,[6] in the Waianae Mountain Range.[4] Populations of Achatinella concavospira are typically found at higher elevations, from 400 to 1'500 meters.[7]
