Adriano Tilgher (born 1 October 1947) is an Italian far-right and neo-fascist politician.

Born in Taranto, Tilgher began his career as a member of the neo-fascist Italian Social Movement (Movimento Sociale Italiano), although in his youth he was also associated with National Vanguard (Avanguardia Nazionale) and attempted to refound it in 1970.[1] He was given a prison sentence for what was judged an attempt to refound the National Fascist Party (Partito Nazionale Fascista).[2]
