Adrián Emilio de la Garza Santos (born 17 September 1971) is a Mexican lawyer and politician who serves as the municipal president of Monterrey since 2024. He previously held the same position for two consecutive terms from 2015 to 2021. He also served as the attorney general of Nuevo León from 2011 to 2015.[1]

De la Garza was born on 17 September 1971 in Monterrey, Nuevo León to Filiberto de la Garza de la Garza and Sandra Santos. His father served as the attorney general of Nuevo León from 1977 to 1979.[1]
