The Age-Related Payments Act 2004[1] (c. 10) is an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom.
Equivalent provision is made for Northern Ireland by the Age-Related Payments (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 (SI 2004/1987) (NI 11).[4]
