Ahmed Muthasim Adnan NIIV (Dhivehi: އަޙްމަދު މުޢުތަޞިމް ޢަދުނާން; born 9 February 1965) is a Maldivian lawyer who served as the Chief Justice of the Maldives from 2019 to 2025.[1][2][3] He previously served as a Justice of the Supreme Court of the Maldives from 2010 to 2014.
Adnan completed his Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Buckingham, the United Kingdom and Master of Philosophy in Transnational Commercial Law from the University of Glasgow, the United Kingdom.[4]
