Al-Knaissah (Arabic: الكنيسة, romanized: al-Knayseh, also Romanized Kanisah, Kniseh) is a municipality in the Tyre District, South Governorate of Lebanon, 10 km southeast of Tyre. Kniseh's most prominent family is Souwaydan [1]
