Al Jolson Souvenir Album (also known as simply Al Jolson Album[2] and later as Al Jolson – Volume 2[3]) is a studio album recorded by Al Jolson for Decca. It was released in 1947 as a set of four 78-rpm phonograph records (catalog no. 575).[4][5]

Release
The album was originally released as a set of four 10-inch 78-rpm phonograph records (cat. no. A-575).[4]
Content and reception
On this album, Jolson is accompanied by an orchestra directed by Morris Stoloff.[1][4]
Billboard positively reviewed the album in its issue from September 13, 1947.[1]
The album reached number one on Billboard's Best-Selling Popular Record Albums chart.[2]
