The album, Freak Accident, was produced by Hutson, mixed by Melina Duterte (Jay Som), and features backing guitar from Meg Duffy (Hand Habits).[8] Alongside the album announcement, Menne released the song "Kill Me", featuring a music video directed by musician Chris Farren.[9] A second single from the album, titled "Grandma's Garden", featuring Hand Habits, was released in August.[10] The album was released on September 22, 2023.[11]
