Alan Rhodes (born c.1947) is a former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s, and coached in the 1980s. He played at club level for Featherstone Rovers, Castleford, York (captain), Doncaster,[3] and the Sheffield Eagles, as a prop, or second-row,[4][5][6] and coached at club level for Doncaster, and the Sheffield Eagles.

Alan Rhodes was a pupil at Castleford Grammar School during the 1960s, he was in the same school year as the rugby league footballer; Roger Millward.
