Altinho (Central northeastern portuguese pronunciation: [awˈtĩj̃u]) is a municipality/city in the state of Pernambuco in Brazil. The population in 2022 Census, according with IBGE was 20,674 inhabitants and the total area is 450.17 km2.[4]
