Alvania dictyophora is a species of minute sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusc or micromollusk in the family Rissoidae.[1]

The length of the shell varies between 1.5 mm and 3 mm.

The thin shell is hyaline. It is dark brown or fulvous. It has distant thin longitudinal, and stronger, more distant spiral lirae, two of the latter in the penultimate and five in the body whorl; perforate. The outer lip is thin.[2]
