Vestri is an American champion at the 2025 6km Road Running Championships where she set a course record of 18:29 in Canton, Ohio.[2][3]

From 2023-25, Vestri trained in Blowing Rock, North Carolina with coach Peter Rea's group (ZAP Endurance).[4]
