Anabel Medina Ventura (born 15 December 1996) is a Dominican Republic athlete. She won a silver medal in the mixed 4 × 400 metres relay event at the 2020 Summer Olympics.[2] She won three medals at the 2023 Pan American Games, including a gold medal in the mixed 4 × 400 metres relay event.

Career
Medina won a bronze medal with the women's 4 × 400 metres relay team at the 2014 Central American and Caribbean Junior Championships.[3] She represented the Dominican Republic at the 2017 Summer Universiade and finished 20th in the 200 metres semifinals.[4]
Personal life
Medina studied nutrition at the National Evangelical University (UNEV).[5]
