Andrei Fyodorovich Dunayev (Russian: Андрей Фёдорович Дунаев; born August 27, 1939) is a Soviet and Russian statesman. He served as Minister of Internal Affairs of the RSFSR from September 13, 1991 to January 15, 1992, and as acting minister of internal affairs of the Russian Federation, according to Vice President Alexander Rutskoi, from September 22 to October 3, 1993. He was a People's Deputy of the RSFSR from March 1990 to October 1991. He was chairman of the board of directors of Globex Bank and a retired lieutenant general in the internal service.
