Andrew Kittredge Lewis (August 5, 1925 – February 28, 2018) was an American screenwriter. He frequently worked in partnership with his older brother David Edson Lewis (1915-1981), though he also wrote independently, or with other collaborators. The Lewis brothers were nominated for an Academy Award in the category Best Original Screenplay for the film Klute.[2]
Much of Lewis' career was as a television writer in Hollywood.
Andy Lewis died in February 2018 of natural causes at his home in Walpole, New Hampshire, at the age of 92.[3][4]
