Anikó Gyöngyössy (born 21 May 1990) is a Hungarian water polo player. A centre-forward, she played for BVSC-Zugló[2][3] until 2022.[4] At the 2020 Summer Olympics she competed for the Hungary women's national water polo team in the women's tournament.[5]

She played with the national team at the 2009 World Aquatics Championships,[6] 2010 Women's European Water Polo Championship,[7] 2019 World Aquatics Championships,[8] and the 2020 Women's European Water Polo Championship.[9][10][11]
