Anna Border Sheppard[2] (born December 22, 1952) is an American politician who was a Republican member of the West Virginia House of Delegates representing District 9 from June 21, 2011, to December 1, 2016. She was appointed by West Virginia Governor Earl Ray Tomblin to fill the vacancy caused by the death of her husband, Representative Larry Border.[3]

Border attended Parkersburg Community College (now the West Virginia University at Parkersburg), and earned her BS from West Virginia University.
