Anna Carlgren (pronounced ['ana 'ka:lgre:n]; born July 1960, Växjö) is a Swedish glass artist.[1][2]
In 1977-78, she studied painting and Chinese calligraphy under Han Bong Duk in Stockholm.[2] From 1978 to 1980, she studied at Orrefors Glass School.[2] She also worked at Kosta Boda (1979), built a studio together with D. Valkema (1980), and was artist-in-residence at Pilchuck Glass School (Stanwood, Washington) where she also lectured.[2] She graduated from the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam in 1983.[2]
