Araneus granadensis is a species of orb-weaver spider in the family Araneidae. It is found from Venezuela to Peru.[1]
The species was first described by Eugen von Keyserling in 1864 as Epeira granadensis from specimens collected in Santa Fe de Bogotá, Colombia (then United States of Colombia).[2] In 1913, Berland described Araneus riveti from Ecuador, which was later synonymized with A. granadensis by Dupérré in 2023.[3]
