Armand Duka (born 7 October 1962) is an Albanian businessman and head of the Albanian Football Federation (FShF).[1] His first role in football was being owner of Erzeni Shijak.[2]

Duka was born on 7 October 1962.[3] He graduated in economics from Tirana University.[citation needed]
