Arnar Freyr Arnarsson (born 14 March 1996) is an Icelandic handball player for MT Melsungen and the Icelandic national team.[1]

He participated at the 2017 and 2019 World Men's Handball Championships.[2][3]

At the 2026 European Men's Handball Championship he finished 4th with Iceland, losing to Denmark in the semifinal and Croatia in the third-place playoff.[4]
