Jorge Arturo Gramajo Atucha (30 April 1897 – 4 December 1957) was an Argentine bobsledder and food inventor. Born in Buenos Aires, he later lived in Paris, most likely as a diplomat. During that time, he was selected to be part of the Argentine team at the 1928 Winter Olympics in the bobsleigh, placing fourth. He was also attributed to the creation of a hash dish named Revuelto Gramajo.
