Artyomovsk (Russian: Артёмовск) is a town in Kuraginsky District of Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia, located 180 kilometers (110 mi) south of Krasnoyarsk. Population: 2,179 (2010 census);[3] 2,929 (2002 census);[7] 4,521 (1989 Soviet census).[8]

History
Administrative and municipal status
Within the framework of administrative divisions, it is, together with the settlement of Dzheb, incorporated within Kuraginsky District as the district town of Artyomovsk.[1] As a municipal division, the district town of Artyomovsk is incorporated within Kuraginsky Municipal District as Artyomovsk Urban Settlement.[4]
