Astroblepus rosei

Astroblepus rosei is a species of freshwater ray-finned fish belonging to the family Astroblepidae, the climbing catfishes.[2] This catfish is found in the Jequetepeque River, a Pacific coastal draining river in Peru and in Andean rivers of Colombia where it occurs at altitudes between 1,000 and 2,000 m (3,300 and 6,600 ft).[1] This species attains a maximum standard length of 10 cm (3.9 in).[3]
