Ateya Ahmed El-Belqasi (Arabic: عَطِيَّة أَحْمَد الْبَلْقَاسِيّ) (born January 22, 1984) is an Egyptian footballer. He currently plays as a defender for the Egyptian Premier League club El-Ittihad.
