Augustine Boakye (born 3 November 2000) is a Ghanaian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Ligue 2 club Saint-Étienne and the Ghana national team.

Club career

Boakye began his football career with WAFA in the Ghana Premier League.[2]

In August 2021, Boakye signed a four-year contract with Austrian Football Bundesliga club Wolfsberger AC.[1]

In July 2024, Boakye joined Ligue 1 side Saint-Étienne, signing a four-year deal with an option of an additional year.[3]

International career

On June 2, 2026, Boakye was integrated by Ghana's coach Carlos Queiroz into his list of 26 players in order to compete in the 2026 FIFA World Cup.[4]
