Avella Specialty Pharmacy, formerly known as The Apothecary Shops, is an American specialty pharmacy company.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7] Avella is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, and has facilities in eight states.[2][5][8] Dr. John D. Musil is the company's founder.[3][4][9] Rebecca Shanahan is the CEO.[10]

Avella supplies drug therapies in the medical fields of oncology, dermatology, fertility, urology, ophthalmology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology.
