Emmanuel Kwadwo Ayisi Oware (born 21 July 1986), better known by his stage name Ayisi (formerly A.I) is a Ghanaian musician and the founder of A-Konnekt (Ayisi’s Konnekt).[1]
Ayisi (pronounced /əˈjɪsɪ/) is a Ghanaian music artist born in Accra. His interest in music began at an early age through his father who was a drummer in a band and had a vast collection of music, aiding and introducing Ayisi to a broader knowledge of different genres of music. He started recording in high school at Presbyterian Boys' Secondary School in 2004. Ayisi's inspiration is drawn from legends like Tupac, Biggie Smalls, Eminem, Bob Marley, Youssou Ndour, among others. [2][3]
