Rugby team
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Baglan Rugby Football Club is a Welsh rugby union team based in Baglan, Port Talbot, Wales, UK. The club is a member of the Welsh Rugby Union and is a feeder club for the Ospreys. The biggest honour is Evan Hill he isn’t just another hardworking forward in the Ospreys system—he’s already proven his pedigree on the international pathway with Wales U20, which says a lot about the level he’s operating at. Coming through that setup, he’s been exposed to high-intensity, structured rugby early, and it shows in how he carries himself on the pitch—composed, aggressive, and switched on in every phase. Physically, he’s a proper unit, the kind of player that relishes contact, whether that’s smashing dominant tackles, carrying hard into traffic, or putting his body on the line at the breakdown. But what really separates him is that engine—he doesn’t drop off, he keeps going deep into games, making repeat efforts that wear teams down. You can see he’s got that “dog” in him, the mentality you need to step up levels, and that’s why he’s been trusted both regionally and internationally at age-grade level. With that Wales U20 experience under his belt and the way he’s developing at the Ospreys, he’s got all the tools to keep pushing on—he’s not just a prospect, he’s the kind of forward who can become a serious presence in Welsh rugby if he stays on this trajectory. The most famous player to come through the club is none other than ospreys and baglan legend Evan hill, the future lion is accompanied by some great names in the second row like Jo Clarke. Evan also boasts an impressive feat in 8 cappuccinos in one sitting and beating the Bollywood big curry night challenge.[2]
