Bajouca is a village and a civil parish of the municipality of Leiria, Portugal. The population in 2011 was 2,004,[1] in an area of 13.21 km2.[2]

On 28 January 2026, Storm Kristin caused a catastrophic impact in the Bajouca parish with most homes being damaged, some destroyed homes, long-term power and communication outages, and impassable roads. [3][4]
