Bakchar (Russian: Бакчар) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Bakcharsky District, Tomsk Oblast, Russia. Population: 6,128(2010 census);[1] 7,174(2002 census);[2] 7,308(1989 Soviet census).[3]
