Baltic Jazz

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Baltic Jazz festival is one of the summer's highlights in the archipelago of Turku, Finland. It started in 1987 when Jazz-music enthusiasts in the village Dalsbruk (fin. Taalintehdas) arranged a local festival.[1] By the mid-2010s the festival had grown to be one of the biggest jazz festivals in Finland.[2] It takes place two weeks after midsummer, usually the second weekend in July.[3]
