Balykly (Russian: Балыклы; Bashkir: Балыҡлы, Balıqlı) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative centre of Balyklinsky Selsoviet, Fyodorovsky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 677 as of 2010.[2] There are 14 streets.
