Bana Wala (sometimes spelled Banawala) is a small village in Mansa district of Punjab, India.[1] It has become a noted village of Punjab as a new Talwandi Sabo Power Plant, with the capacity of 2640 megawatt, is under construction here.[2]

Bana Wala is approximately centered at 29°56′20″N 75°13′52″E / 29.93889°N 75.23111°E / 29.93889; 75.23111.[3] Raipur, Peron, Chhapian Wali, Talwandi Aklia (Chhoti Talwandi), Chehlan Wala and Behniwal are the surrounding villages.
