Banca Toscana was a regional credit institution headquartered in Florence, known under that name between 1930 and 2009. It was initially established in 1904 as Piccolo Credito Toscano, and was branded Credito Toscano between 1921 and 1930. From 1929, it was controlled by Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena, which fully absorbed it in 2009.
