Bandish (Urdu: بندش, lit. 'Closure') is a 1976 Pakistani television series written by Haseena Moin, directed by Shireen Khan and produced by Zaheer Khan.[2][3]
Bandish is considered among the popular classics of Haseena Moin, and one of the major series of Khalida Riyasat's early career.[4]
The story is about a girl named Tania who leaves her grandfather's house, as she does not want to marry the boy that her grandfather has chosen for her. She meets Shahzad, a lawyer, and goes with him to his house.[5]
