Barbara Conolly

She was first elected to the Parliament of the Cayman Islands representing George Town South in the 2017 Caymanian general election and was re-elected in 2021.^[2]

In 2019, Conolly was elected deputy speaker.^[3] In 2021, she stood again for speaker and deputy speaker but was not selected.^[4]

In Parliament she is a member of the Public Accounts Committee and also Shadow Minister for Education and Social Development on the opposition benches.^[5]

She has two children and two grandchildren.^[6]
