Baylee Isabel Almon (April 18, 1994 – April 19, 1995) was the youngest victim of the Oklahoma City bombing. She died just one day after her first birthday.[1] Baylee is best known as the baby in the Pulitzer Prize-winning photograph taken by amateur photographer Charles Porter IV.[2] The photo captures Oklahoma City firefighter Chris Fields cradling Baylee's lifeless body after she was pulled from the rubble of the America's Kids Daycare. The image appeared on front pages globally, becoming a national symbol of innocence lost and the horror of the attack. The photograph earned Porter the 1996 Pulitzer Prize for Spot News Photography.[3]
