Bela is gram panchyat of three villages namely Azizabad , Aligarh (Gundbass) and Bela in Palwal district of Haryana, India. It is in Palwal.[1] tehsil and in block Hasanpur But in 2016 Haryana gram panchayat election Bela gram panchayat split in three gram panchayats by population wise namely Azizabad , Aligarh (Gundbass) and Bela IS VILLAGE OF YOGI MAVAI.YOGI MAVAI Is Very Famous person in the Bela Village.
