Betilde Muñoz-Pogossian is a Venezuelan political scientist and international affairs official. She has worked as a director and election observer at the Organization of American States (OAS), including as Director of the Department for Electoral Cooperation and Observation from 2011 to 2014 and then as Director of the Department of Social Inclusion.[1][2]

Muñoz-Pogossian was born in Venezuela.[3] She attended the University of South Florida, where she obtained a Master's degree in international relations.[4] In 2005, she graduated from Florida International University with a PhD in political science.[3]
