Bieno (Bién in local dialect) is a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 35 kilometres (22 mi) east of Trento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 447 and an area of 11.7 square kilometres (4.5 mi2).[3]
Bieno borders the following municipalities: Pieve Tesino, Scurelle, and Strigno.
