Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University is a public, state-owned university in Bila Tserkva, Kyiv Oblast, Ukraine.[1] It is administered by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.[2]
FAO's AGRIS directory describes the university as a multidisciplinary institution with more than 6.7 thousand students, offering programmes in 21 specialties across six faculties.[3]

The 2021 EAEVE evaluation report (prepared in connection with the veterinary faculty) reported total enrolment of 6,420 students across the university and described its academic structure as comprising six faculties including veterinary medicine, agrobiotechnology, biotechnology, ecology, economics, and law and linguistics.[3]
FAO AGRIS lists the university as a data provider to the AGRIS network and references several university-affiliated academic journals.[3]
Accreditation
Ukraine's National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (NAQA) lists the university's master's programme in veterinary medicine as accredited for seven years, until 31 October 2028, through an external quality assurance procedure aligned with European Standards and Guidelines (ESG).[6]
The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine participates in the European System of Evaluation of Veterinary Training (ESEVT) operated by EAEVE. In its 2021 final report, the European Committee of Veterinary Education (ECOVE) concluded that no major deficiencies were identified and classified the establishment as holding ESEVT accreditation.[4] In an EAEVE status list updated after the ECOVE meeting of 27 November 2025, the veterinary establishment in Bila Tserkva is listed as a full member with ESEVT accreditation through October 2028.[7]
