Bill Allen is an American politician serving as a Republican member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing the state's 17th House district.^[1]

Allen is a retired Naval Commander and Ph.D. teacher and professor.^[2] He served in the United States Navy for nearly 26 years.^[3]
