This is a list of Billboard magazine's Top Hot 100 songs of 1969.^[1] The Top 100, as revealed in the year-end edition of Billboard dated December 27, 1969, is based on Hot 100 charts from the issue dates of January 4 through December 13, 1969.

While the above list correctly matches the Billboard listings, it is virtually certain that Billboard mistakenly listed "When I Die" by Motherlode at #71. That song peaked at #17. But the very similarly named "And When I Die" by Blood Sweat & Tears, also released in the period covered by these charts, peaked at #2 and is not listed at all on this list.
