Boris Tapia Martínez (born 6 May 1941) is a Chilean politician[1] who served as a parliamentarian.
He was born on 27 August 1941.[2] He is married and has four children.[2]
He studied Spanish Language Pedagogy.[2] He worked for 36 years at the Housing and Urbanization Service (Servicio de Vivienda y Urbanismo, SERVIU), where he rose to the position of Provincial Delegate, serving until 31 August 2001.[2]
