Bottovo (Hungarian: Gernyő) is a village and municipality in the Rimavská Sobota District of the Banská Bystrica Region of Slovakia. In the village is gym hall, foodstuff store, public library and a football pitch.
The municipality lies at an altitude of 196 metres (643 ft)[2] and covers an area of 10.78 km2 (4.16 sq mi) (2025).[4]
