Brachystomia is a genus of sea snails, marine gastropod mollusks in the family Pyramidellidae, the pyrams and their allies.[1]

(Original description in Italian) The aperture is short, and the lip is not dentate . The shells are small, polished, Rissoiform, or turriculate. There is a small tooth on the columella.[2]
