Brenda Grace Agoyothé McKenna is an American politician, educator, and political advisor who served as a member of the New Mexico Senate from the 9th district. Elected in 2020, she served from 2021 to 2025.[1]
A native of Nambé Pueblo, New Mexico, McKenna graduated from Pojoaque Valley High School in Santa Fe. Her father served in the Vietnam War and her mother worked as a dental assistant. McKenna earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Syracuse University and a Master of Science in organizational development from Central Washington University.[2]
