Brian O'Neal Jenkins (born March 4, 1971) is an American football coach. He is the head football coach at Edward Waters University, a position he has held since 2025.[1] Jenkins served as the head football coach at Bethune–Cookman University from 2010 to 2014 and as the head football coach at Alabama State University from 2015 to 2017.[2][3] His team completed the 2010 season with a record of 10 wins and 2 losses. In his first year, his team was declared the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference co-champions and the team qualified for the 2010 NCAA Division I Football Championship Series playoffs.[4]
